To taste the true flavors of our agricultural, fruitful local production, the meat, the cheese and the fish of our sea we recommend:
Market in Terracina (daily) arriving early in the morning, sea conditions permitting, you can buy fresh fish directly from the boats.
Market San Felice Circeo (Tue.) - Market Sabaudia (Thu.) - Market Borgo Montenero (Sun.).

For a quick break up to the tasty first and second courses of local fish, prepared by Luciano and his family, go to the loving Kiosk Bar Torre Paola right next to the dune! It is advisable to book before going to the beach, both for lunch and dinner.
To bring fruits or vegetables to the beach or to bring it back to the Cottage to enjoy it in the garden, we recommend Francesca's counter at Torre Paola (she also sells buffalo mozzarella and bread).

We do not give information about the local restaurants because the taste and budget of each of you is personal, the only two exceptions are:

It is the case that for both places "l'abito non fa il monaco" they do not look good, but both the simple and genuine cuisine based on local products and value for money are excellent.
For the pizzeria both the position and the internal furniture do not play in his favor, but luckily, they prepare the best pizza around. We suggest you take the metro pizza, to taste different flavors and for the weekend to arrive early or late to avoid excessive queues.
The restaurant Ada 2000 owes its fame to the authenticity of the dishes: fettuccine, gnocchi, lasagna, ravioli, made by hand by Mrs Quattrociocchi. Abundant pasta dishes, served with wild boar sauce, mushrooms, fresh tomato, for the second, I would recommend only the buffalo stew, tender meat served in hot earthenware bowls and vegetable. In summer you can eat in the garden or under the large portico in front of the entrance.
